Ayshia Connors’ esteemed career began at Arizona State University where she earned three Bachelor degrees while maintaining her spot on the Dean’s List. From 2015-2017 she worked as a Legislative Correspondent to Congressman Rob Woodall of Georgia, the Deputy Director of African American Political and Media Engagement for the Republican National Committee, and the Deputy Director of Strategic Media for the 58th Presidential Inaugural Committee. From 2017-2018 she became the Senior Policy Advisor to Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania. While working for Congressman Fitzpatrick, she crafted thirteen amendments for the National Defense Authorization Act which were all included when it passed the House. After her time with Congressman Fitzpatrick, Ayshia became the Director of Communications and External Affairs for the Arizona Republican Party and then the Congressional Caucus Director for the Millennial Action Project until 2019 where she set and implemented the policy agenda for a bipartisan caucus of over forty members of Congress. Following her time with the caucus, she became the Policy and Community Outreach Director for the Diabetes Patient Advocacy Coalition, notably impacting the passage of Senator Dick Durbin’s bipartisan Affordable Insulin Approvals Now Actin 2019. Before becoming the Southwest Regional Director for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce last year, Ayshia was the Director of Government Relations for the American Urban Strategies where she spent time advocating in front of the House and the Senate. She’s a devoted mother to her two kids, and lives on the west coast.
Nate’s interest in politics started way before college however Nate broke into the industry as an intern in 2014 for Congressman David McKinley. The experience from that initial assignment has guided him through many years of development leading and guiding paid and volunteer teams at the grassroots level. Whether it was door knocking, petitioning, phone banking, fund-raising, scheduling events or lit dropping. Nate always made sure his team was prepared for the task and able to complete it efficiently. Those tools gained managing local and county level projects shaped his foundation for large scale peojecrs from 2020 to present in his career. In 2020 he assisted the Seminole Tribe of Florida in getting Sports betting legalized. An worked for National organizations like the National Rifle Association, and America PAC in 2022 and 2024. He also spent time managing and winning campaigns for several firms: in 2022 he worked in Florida to get Ron Desantis re-elected. An in 2024 he was the state director for Arizona and delivered a Trump victory while working for Echo Canyon, he also delivered a victory as the State director in Nevada for In your Field, and earlier in the year while employed by Camelback Strategy as campaign manager he delivered victories for John Lee and Carrie Buck in Las Vegas.
It was after the Trump victory and seeing the amount of doors and calls I had personally managed. As well as being a veteran in this industry that I knew it was time to brand my craft and found my own firm to lead to many victories in the future for clients.
Nate has also served in executive positions at other firms since 2024 where he was appointed National Field Director at Black Peak signatures and persuasion.
